political, and economic causes, course, and
consequences of the second industrial
revolution.
2. Students will examine the causes,
course, and consequences of the labor
movement in the late 19th and early 20th
centuries.
3. Students will review different economic
and philosophic ideologies.
Agenda:
1. Bell Ringer (10-15 min)
2. Gallery Walk: #6 – Gallery Walk: #6 on lesson – examine each image. Students are to
write the main idea of each drawing.
On a paper write down the person’s name who created the drawing, topic, and the main idea of the drawing. Discuss the significant themes found in the pictures. Students are to submit two papers: 1. Their drawing with suggestions/critiques in post-its written by students during the gallery walk / 2. A paper where they have written each student’s name, their respective topic, and the main idea of their topic. (15-20 min)
