Journal 21 - Explain why the Declaration of Independence was created. Then explain the effects of this document on a global scale.

Journal 22 - What are the most important things to attend to when creating a government?

Journal 23 - Who was Abigail Adams? She fought for equality for a group of people. What group was this?

Journal 24 - What is the difference between Confederation and Federation?

Journal 25 - Describe the three types of government power: enumerated, reserved, concurrent

Journal 26 - Explain how the 3 branches of government have power over each other.

Journal 27 - Describe Gerrymandering.

Journal 28 - Describe the information that can be found in the first three articles of the U.S. Constitution.

Journal 29 - Look up the definition for liberal and conservative. Do you consider yourself a liberal or a conservative?

Journal 30 - What were the first two political parties and how did they differ?

Journal 21 - Why did cartographers depend on explorers to help them make maps?

Journal 22 - We live in a Humid Continental climate zone. Conduct some outside research to get more information about this climate zone. (internet, science teacher, library)
